Our shipping rates for international orders are competitive and calculated based on weight and destination. We take great care in packaging your item to protect it during transit. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible, such as recycled cardboard and biodegradable packing peanuts. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Black Rose Joinery. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply contact us to initiate the return process and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damage to help us improve our packaging and shipping methods. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
